Basic information needed to get started.

• Your by-laws and articles of incorporation. 

• A copy of your financial statements both profit and loss and balance sheet will be necessary also. We can check these for ease of interpretation by lenders and assist with the structure for reporting and provide suggestions about the capacity to audit these records going forward.

• An appraisal of the properties in question. (Most lenders like to see a minimum of 20% equity against appraised value and consider lending up to 3x annual giving.)
